You can earn points in three ways:

  • purchase online ANY GOLD COLLAGEN products.
  • purchase instore ANY GOLD COLLAGEN liquid beauty supplements.
  • interact with GOLD COLLAGEN by reffering a friend, signing up to our newsletter and/or engaging with us on Social Media.

First create an account on gold-collagen.com to collect your points. Once logged in, enter your code in the "enter your unique code hidden in your purcashe" box. Points will automatically be added to your account.

Once you have created an account and you are logged in at the time of purchase, your points will automatically be added to your account.

You will earn:

  • 10 points for any 10 DAY GOLD COLLAGEN liquid beauty supplement purchased (e.g, PURE, FORTE or ACTIVE).
  • 5 points for GOLD COLLAGEN Defence tablets or the GOLD COLLAGEN HYDROGEL MASK purchased.

No, you can also earn points by interacting with GOLD COLLAGEN for example, referring a friend, signing up to our newsletter and engaging with us on social media as long as you are logged in on your account when doing so.

You can redeem your points at any time, once you have reached a certain level of points. For example:

  • when you have reached 180 points, you are eligible to redeem a free box of 4 GOLD COLLAGEN HYDROGEL MASKS with your next purchase.
  • when you have reached 240 points, you are eligible to redeem a month supply of your favourite GOLD COLLAGEN liquid beauty supplements with your next purchase.
  • when you have reached 300 points, you are eligible to redeem a month supply of your favourite GOLD COLLAGEN liquid beauty supplements as well as a free box of 4 GOLD COLLAGEN HYDROGEL MASKS with your next purchase.

You can add your gift to your next order from our website and receive it with your purchases at home.

There is no expiry date to your points. You can keep acumulating your points until your reach the level that allows you to collect the gift of your choice.

No, products received as a rewarded cannot be returned or exchanged for money, products or points.

You may cancel your participation in the myGOLDCOLLAGEN programme at any time. Simply log in to your account to terminate your membership or contact Customer Service. GOLDCOLLAGEN, in its sole but reasonable discretion, can terminate any member for any reason including, but not limited to, any failure to comply with the myGOLDCOLLAGEN Terms & Conditions and/or our website Terms & Conditions or any inappropriate, misleading or abusive behavior.

If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Programme, you may cancel your account at any time. Simply log in and delete your account on the Site. If you delete your account, you will lose all accumulated points, benefits and tier status, including your personal data, order history etc.
