Subscription customers can manage their subscriptions by emailing the dedicated team: subscriptions@gold-collagen.com. They will be able to update you and make any adjustments to your subscriptions and skip, postpone deliveries, swap products, change the frequency, cancel or make any contact address or payment details changes on your subscription refills on your behalf.

PLEASE NOTE:

Any changes you make on our live site to your customer account details such as change of name, address or payment details will only update your future online orders and not apply to any subscription refills, which are automated.
