1 - What is GOLD COLLAGEN® Reward Points?
To reward you for your loyalty, GOLD COLLAGEN® created the Reward Points programme. This exclusive programme, available solely on our official gold-collagen.com website (UK only), allows you to receive money-off your next purchase up to free products, in addition to all the perks you have by purchasing directly from the GOLD COLLAGEN® website or even greater rewards if you are part of the subscription programme. If you purchase GOLD COLLAGEN® products from authorised resellers in store, you still qualify and you just log in to your account, go to the section Redeem Your Code, (UK only) and simply add the unique code that you find inside the 10-day pack. Each unique printed code will be automatically converted into store credit (UK only) you can use on gold-collagen.com against future purchases. 1 unique code = £1 of credit to spend against your purchases on gold-collagen.com. You can view your available credit in the Store Credit section in your Account (UK only).
2 - How can I sign up for the GOLD COLLAGEN® Reward Points?
When you purchase online on gold-collagen.com points are automatically added to your account, there is nothing for you to enter or do. When you would like to use or find out how many points you have collected, just log in your account and view your balance in the Reward Points section in your Account.
You will automatically collect sips rewards as you purchase from our site or receive automatic refills from our subscription programme.
3 - What can I use my GOLD COLLAGEN® Reward Points for?
Joining the loyalty programme is free and rewards you for your loyalty and sticking to your health and wellness routine. The GOLD COLLAGEN® Reward Points programme enables you to accumulate rewards automatically credited to your account for you to enjoy and redeem online. From 100 points, you have access to the first level of CHF1 off reward.
4 - How many Reward Points will I earn per product?
We award 1 point per CHF1 spent. It is as easy as that. There is a minimum 100 points required to redeem the equivalent of CHF1 off your next online purchase and a maximum of 1 use per order.
*Store Credit cannot be exchanged for monetary value and it expires after 11 months and 29 days and is only available UK only. T&Cs apply.
**Each earned reward points award expires in 183 days after it has been redeemed into the customers account. T&Cs apply
