Dr Vidhi is a highly experienced Nutritionist, qualified Homeopathic Doctor, and Detox Consultant. She specialises in crafting bespoke diet plans tailored to individual health concerns, focusing on women’s health, mental well-being, family medicine, and comprehensive nutritional assessments.

In addition to her clinical work, Dr Vidhi is actively involved in MINERVA Research Labs, playing a key role in the development of innovative products and formulations. Her evidence-based approach ensures that every treatment and recommendation is rooted in the latest scientific research.

Meet Olga Hamilton

Olga Hamilton is a Clinical Nutritionist with more than ten years of experience, specialising in skin conditions and anti-ageing. She is a registered Nutritional Therapist from the Institute for Optimum Nutrition (DipION) and holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutritional Medicine with distinction from the University of Surrey.

She has recently presented at TEDx, sharing research on the link between gut microbiome and mental health.

Her approach is evidence-based and integrates the latest advances in nutrition, nutrigenomics, nutrigenetics, and functional medicine. She applies advanced diagnostic tools – from blood analysis to DNA testing – to identify the root causes of imbalances and address them through tailored nutrition plans, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations.

Alongside her clinical work, Olga is an invited speaker at national and international conferences. She regularly presents case studies to healthcare professionals on topics such as gut health, genetics, skin health, and anti-ageing, and also delivers talks to corporate clients on developments in nutritional science.

Meet Jennifer Lozano

She has worked with leading multinationals such as P&G and Coty, contributing to the creation and launch of innovative products for global markets. At MINERVA Research Labs, Jenifer leads the nutraceutical Research & Development, where she specialises in tailored formulations for beauty, women’s and men’s health, weight management, overall well-being, and healthy ageing. Her work combines scientific innovation with an evidence-based approach, ensuring every product is developed with the latest ingredient research and clinical insights. In addition to product innovation, Jenifer plays an active role in clinical research. In 2021, she co-authored the publication Skin collagen through the life stages: importance for skin health and beauty. She is also a recognised international speaker, regularly educating doctors, pharmacists, and consumers on the science of skin health, collagen, and anti-ageing.

Meet Dr Martin

Dr Martin Godfrey has more than 25 years of experience in the health sector, with expertise in nutraceutical and pharmaceutical research, as well as marketing communications. He collaborates with the MINERVA Research Labs R&D team, focusing on the development of robust clinical and scientific research in partnership with leading academic institutes worldwide. The team has so far published eight original research articles in peer-reviewed journals and continues to advance new studies. Dr Godfrey has worked with MINERVA Research Labs since 2014. His earlier career included senior roles in medical and marketing communications companies such as Ogilvy and Mather and Hill and Knowlton. He also gained significant experience in the development and scientific communication of Benecol in Europe, working first with Raisio in Finland and later with McNeil (J&J). He now writes and lectures regularly on anti-ageing and aesthetics, and has recently authored a series of articles for leaders in the Aesthetics Journal. Dr Godfrey qualified in medicine at Birmingham University.
