Garlic is more than a flavour booster, it's a wellness ally.  Rich in allicin, it may help support heart health and strengthen immunity;  most importantly helps fight of icky germs.  While raw garlic is strong and pungent, once roasted it softens into a flagrantly sweet, creamy goodness that nourishes both body and palate.

Fun Fact: It may have been Bram Stokers Dracula novel, which popularised the medievel superstition that garlic repelled vampires.
