Your Gold Collagen order deserves the finest care. Learn about our fast, secure delivery and effortless returns to ensure your beauty and wellness routine is uninterrupted.

Enjoy complimentary delivery on orders from £50. Place your order before 6:00 PM and we'll carefully dispatch your Gold Collagen order the next working day from our UK order centre. Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 working days, with all costs where applicable calculated automatically at checkout, ensuring a seamless, effortless experience from our door to yours.

Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is our priority. If you wish to return your parcel, please do so within 14 days of receipt. Returns should be in a resalable condition (unused, undamaged, and in original packaging).

How to Return

Securely pack your items, preferably in the original packaging.
Include the original delivery note with your reason for return.

Keep a certificate of postage for your records and send a copy to us at
customercare@gold-collagen.com, with the return tracking number highlighted. If returning within the UK, we will reimburse return postage paid.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within two weeks of receiving your returned item, provided it is in resaleable condition. To ensure a smooth and accurate process, the item must first be returned to our UK warehouse, where it will be checked and restocked in our system. Once this process is complete, your refund will be issued, which may take up to 14 days.

Order Changes and Cancellations
Subscriptions - We require 72 hours' notice before payment is processed in order to make changes or to cancel a subscription auto-fill order.
Non-Subscription Orders - We won't be able to make any changes to orders which are in the fulfilment status.
Once dispatched, follow our Returns Procedure (insert hyperlink – here) for unwanted items.

Exclusions:
• Opened or used items
• Cosmetic imperfections that do not affect product function
• Products deliberately damaged or neglected
