Recipe Ideas

Chilli Oil (No heat method)

Ingredients:

  • 250ml Extra Virgen Olive Oil (good quality)
  • 1-2 tsp dried chilli flakes (add to taste)
  • Pinch of Sea Salt

Instructions:

  1. Add chilli flakes and sea salt to a clean jar
  2. Pour over the EVOO
  3. Stir gently and seal
  4. Leave to infuse for 24-72 hours at room temperature
  5. Shake lightly before using

For maximum flavour you may heat the oil, but to preserve the olive oil's antioxidants and health benefits, it's best to use the no heat method.
