We accept credit and debit cards Visa, MasterCard, and UK based Maestro through a secure payments portal Sagepay and also accept PayPal. Contract creation and electronic contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and us are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the Website by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Website.
- We will send to you an order acknowledgement email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order confirmation from gold-collagen.com.
- As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
- Completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the instructions in Change or cancel an order
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.

We do not offer, provide or make arrangements for Overseas Deliveries of products purchased on the Website. Instead, for customers with overseas delivery addresses for products purchased on the Website, we offer delivery services. If you are such a customer requiring overseas delivery, you accept our offer of overseas delivery services and you accept to contract with us for delivery of your products from the UK to your delivery address subject to the terms and conditions of Overseas Deliveries.
Once we accept your order to purchase products a contract to purchase the products from us takes effect between you and us. Once We accept your order to purchase delivery services, a separate contract to deliver the products takes effect between us and you. We may choose not to accept your order for any reason without liability to you.
Our contract with you to deliver products overseas only relates to those products confirmed in the confirmation email from us to you. We will not be obliged to deliver any products which may have been part of your order until We confirms that those products have been despatched.
Upon receipt of your order, We will create an authorisation in respect of the delivery costs.
Once We have picked up the product(s), We are responsible for loss and damage risk whilst the products are in transit until the delivery of the relevant product(s) is complete.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:

- We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if you return only part of the goods supplied with the order or if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will process the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
Description of products
Each Product purchased is sold subject to its Product Description which sets out additional Specific Conditions related to that Product including, without limitation, terms and conditions concerning estimated delivery dates and times, warranties, after-sales service and guarantees.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted in accordance with our Order acceptance policy.
- We shall specify the opening and closing dates of each prize draw ("Draw Period"), and “Participating Store” is any retailer whom We work with to run the Prize Draw.
- Purchases made by a member via an online transaction will be counted for the purposes of the prize draws if the member is logged into their online Gold Collagen account.
- There will be one winner per Draw Period who will win a prize for using their Gold Collagen account in that Draw Period. We reserve the right to reclaim any prize where a member has received a refund in respect of the purchase.
- Prizes will be awarded to entries picked at random by computer or an independent person within 7 working days after the closing date. Each winner will be contacted by telephone, post or email within 21 days of the Prize Draw closing, and be sent their prize by post no later than 90 days after the Prize Draw Date. If a winner for a Prize Draw cannot be contacted using reasonable efforts within 10 days from the Prize Draw date for that Draw Period, then an alternative winner will be drawn from the entries for the applicable Participating Store for that Draw Period.
- There is no cash alternative to the prize. We reserve the right to award an alternative prize of equal or greater value, should the advertised prize or any part of it become unavailable. The result of the Prize Draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The name and county of each winner will be available on request by sending a stamp addressed envelope to Customer Service, MINERVA Research Labs Ltd. 1-6 Yarmouth Place, London W1J 7BU, United Kingdom and may be posted online.
- Each winner may be required to participate in reasonable press or PR activity related to the prize draw as notified bygold-collagen.com.
- We reserve the right to cancel or amend the prize draw or these rules at any time without prior notice, with no liability to any entrants.
- We can accept no responsibility for entries which fail to be properly submitted for any technical reason whatsoever, and will reject entries submitted by any other means.
Purely Me Magazine Competition
- Each winner must be a UK resident.
- The prizes are as stated, not redeemable for cash or other products and are not transferable. Each prize can only be claimed by the winner.
- If the prize package is not claimed by 1st October 2019, the prize will be forfeited.

By participating in this programme, you agree to be bound by the terms described herein and all terms incorporated by reference. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not participate in this programme.
Membership Eligibility and Overview
- The MyGOLDCOLLAGEN Loyalty Programme (“Programme”) is offered at the sole discretion of MINERVA Research Labs Ltd. (“MINERVA”, “GOLD COLLAGEN”,” “we,” “our” or “us”). The Programme is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Programme. Individuals who are legal residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland and at least 18 years or older and who provide and maintain a valid email address are eligible to become members. No purchase is necessary to join the Programme. The Programme may not be used for any business or commercial purpose and we may refuse to create an account for any reason. Employees and individuals employed by our business partners or suppliers are eligible for membership for personal use only but may be excluded from certain benefits of the Programme.
- Eligible individuals may join the Programme by visiting gold-collagen.com (collectively, the “Site”) and following the Programme prompts to register for the Programme.
- You are required to provide your email address in order to join the Programme. You will also need to create an account by providing your name and creating a password in order to access the Programme. You are solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it as required. You may update your personal information on the Site.
- Only one Programme account may be associated with a single email address. In the event of a dispute over ownership of the Programme membership account, the member will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of joining. For purposes of these Terms, the "authorized account holder" is the natural person who is assigned to the submitted email address by an internet provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g., business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.
How does the Programme Work?
- The Programme is a way in which we reward and thank our loyal customers for purchasing our products on the site or in-store and for participating in certain brand experiences on the Site. You are able to earn points and reach points thresholds by making eligible purchases or taking certain other Programme actions. Once you earn points and reach a certain points threshold, you may be eligible for certain benefits and rewards applicable to that level, which benefits may change from time to time and may be offered on a limited basis. Eligible purchases and other opportunities to earn points and reach Programme points threshold will be posted on the Site or may be published through other media (e.g., in marketing communications, social media, etc.). - The Programme is determined by the number of points a member has earned on eligible purchases (online and offline) and through qualifying activities, beginning on the date when you join and/or create an account and redeem points from offline sales. There are 3 thresholds with associated benefits:
- Once you have reached 180 points, you are entitled to receive 1 box of 4 GOLD COLLAGEN Hydrogel Masks with your next purchase online
- Once you have reached 240 points, you are entitled to received 1 month supply (3x10 day programme) of your favourite GOLD COLLAGEN Beauty Supplement.
- Once you have reached 300 points, you are entitled to received 1 box of 4 GOLD COLLAGEN Hydrogel Masks as well as 1 month supply (3x10 day programme) of your favourite GOLD COLLAGEN Beauty Supplement.
- Your points do not have an expiry date. We reserve the right to amend this at our own discretion and you will be made aware of any changes to the Programme in due course.
- For your purchase to qualify for the Programme, you must be part of the Programme meaning, you must have created an account either (1) be signed into your online account at the time of purchase; or (2) be signed to your account when redeeming your code from offline purchases. However, if your membership in the Programme is terminated for any reason and you join a new Programme account, any purchases made prior to the date you join a new Programme account do not qualify for points.
Members will earn:
- 10 points for any 10 DAY GOLD COLLAGEN liquid beauty supplement purchased (e.g, PURE, FORTE or ACTIVE or any new liquid beauty supplements we launch).
- 5 points for GOLD COLLAGEN Defence tablets or the GOLD COLLAGEN HYDROGEL MASK or lipstick purchased.
In addition to these purchases, you may also earn points for the following actions on the Site. To earn points, please check to make sure you are a Programme member and you have logged into your personal account before completing the actions below. The number of points, if any, awarded for each action is determined by MINERVA Research Labs in its sole but reasonable discretion and in all cases subject to a maximum number of points earned for each action per year.
- Sharing your favourite products on Facebook, Twitter and/or Pinterest from the share buttons on the Site (maximum twice a month per platform)
- Sharing your favourite blogs or information found on the Site on Facebook, Twitter and/or Pinterest from the share buttons on the Site (maximum twice a month per platform)
- Earn bonus points for purchases made on the Site during exclusive Points events.
- As a member, you earn points that determine your points benefits. To redeem offers and rewards, you must have accumulated the minimum number of points as established by us for a particular benefit. Product rewards are shipped with your next purchases on the Site only. Points may never be exchanged for cash. You must be logged in to your Programme account to use your benefits. You will find your eligible offers and rewards (with offer codes if applicable) listed in your personal account and will be prompted when eligible for a reward on your shopping cart...
- Offers and rewards are available while supplies last and substitutions made by us in our sole discretion may occur. If your online order is not completed for any reason, any offers or rewards will be removed from your shopping basket and may no longer be available. You are not required to redeem your accumulated rewards and/or benefits. We are unable to reship offers or rewards if they arrive damaged, if you received the wrong one or if one is missing from your order. In the event an offer or reward arrives damaged, you received the wrong one, or one is missing from your order, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org .
- Neither accounts nor Programme rewards, benefits and/or points may be transferred, shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate rewards, benefits and/or points. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information (including security details) are confidential and should not be shared with any other person.
- Rewards, benefits and points earned through the Programme have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Programme benefits. Purchase balances and/or points credited to your Programme account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of a purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Terms. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards or benefits offered through the Programme, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.
- Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product or service or a monetary refund.
- The products and services available through the Programme that we may provide to you are for personal use only. You may not sell or resell any of the products or services you purchase or otherwise receive from us. We reserve the right, without notice, to cancel or reduce the quantity of any order to be filled and/or any products or services to be provided to you that we believe, in our sole discretion, may result in the violation of our Terms.
- We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.
- We reserve the right to change Programme benefits, how you earn points and reach each Programme threshold and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Programme activity. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Programme and/or for any given tier, the number or types of rewards or benefits you may receive or earn in any given tier, in a given time period or for the duration of the Programme, and/or any combination thereof.
- If you have concerns that a purchase or other activity was not properly applied to your account, you should contact GOLD COLLAGEN email@example.com.. Your email must specify your name and email address associated with the Programme, the date of the Programme activity, and the issue(s) you encountered. This email must be sent no more than thirty (30) days after the date the purchase or other Programme activity took place. We are not responsible for late notifications about purchases or other Programme activities not being credited to an account.
- Rewards can only be redeemed on the Site and only with a product purchase, unless otherwise noted by MINERVA Research Labs/GOLD COLLAGEN.
- By joining the Programme and creating an account, you will be automatically to receive an email acknowledging being part of the programme and asking for your consent to receive GOLD COLLAGEN marketing emails, including Programme-related communications.
- The Programme and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. We may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Terms, our FAQs and/or the Programme or any aspect or feature of the Programme at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.
- We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Programme and to audit your membership account at any time, in our sole discretion. To keep your account active you must log in to your Programme account and make a purchase within 24 months. Any suspected abuse of the Programme, failure to follow any Terms, membership inactivity for more than 24 months, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Programme rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Programme. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Programme and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.
- If you decide you no longer want to be a part of the Programme, you may cancel your account at any time by opting-out of the Programme in your account on the Site. If you cancel your account, you will lose all accumulated points, benefits and tier status.
- NEITHER MINERVA RESEARCH LABS NOR OUR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) FOR ANY (a) INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS; (b) ACCESS DELAYS OR ACCESS INTERRUPTIONS TO THE PROGRAMME; (c) DATA NON-DELIVERY, LOSS, THEFT, MISDELIVERY, CORRUPTION, DESTRUCTION OR OTHER MODIFICATION; (d) LOSS OR DAMAGES OF ANY SORT INCURRED AS A RESULT OF DEALINGS WITH OR THE PRESENCE OF THIRD PARTY LINKS ON THE SITE OR USE OF ANY REWARD OR BENEFIT OF THE PROGRAMME; (e) COMPUTER VIRUSES, SYSTEM FAILURES OR MALFUNCTIONS WHICH MAY OCCUR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SITE, INCLUDING DURING HYPERLINK TO OR FROM THIRD PARTY WEBSITES; (f) ANY INACCURACIES OR OMISSIONS IN PROGRAMME CONTENT; OR (g) EVENTS BEYOND OUR REASONABLE CONTROL. - FURTHER NEITHER MINERVA RESEARCH LABS NOR OUR PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, OR LICENSORS WILL BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS) RELATED TO THE PROGRAMME OR AND YOUR PARTICIPATION THEREIN, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR MAXIMUM AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).
- YOU AGREE THAT NO CLAIMS OR ACTION IN CONTRACT, WARRANTY OR IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATED TO, YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE PROGRAMME, USE OF ANY REWARDS OR OTHER BENEFIT OR THESE TERMS MAY BE BROUGHT BY YOU MORE THAN ONE (1) YEAR AFTER THE CAUSE OF ACTION RELATING TO SUCH CLAIM OR ACTION AROSE. IF YOU ARE DISSATISFIED WITH THE PROGRAMME, TERMINATION OF YOUR MEMBERSHIP IN THE PROGRAMME IS YOUR SOLE REMEDY. WE HAVE NO OTHER OBLIGATION, LIABILITY, OR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU.
- This Programme and these Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this agreement shall be decided by the Courts of England and Wales, to the jurisdiction of which the parties hereby irrevocably submit.
