How to Take
For adults, take 1 tablet daily with food. Best taken for maintenance after the completion of a GOLD COLLAGEN® liquid program. If taking GOLD COLLAGEN® liquid supplements, take DEFENCE between 30 or 90 day programs to maintain your newly formed collagen until you wish to take your next liquid supplement program.
