Biotin

Also known as Vitamin H, Biotin has been proven to improve the health of the hair and nails. It’s also great for strengthening, keeping your hair luscious.

Biotin can be found in food sources such as nuts, whole grains, bananas, mushrooms, and egg yolks, as well as in supplement form.

Hyaluronic Acid

Occurring naturally in the skin, Hyaluronic Acid naturally depletes in the skin when attacked by lifestyle stressors and free radicals.

Hyaluronic Acid is key for keeping moisture in the skin and is key for keeping skin refreshed and revitalised. It can keep optimal hydration levels and restore a youthful skin tone and radiance.
